I don't understand how your driver's can decide when they want to deliver mail or not. Your website clearly saying out for delivery should be there by 8 it's now 9 and they're nowhere to be found. And this is the first time. Absolutely ridiculous! Zero stars you don't even deserve the one I have to give you

The manager was so rude i post mu package next day it was never delivered until monday with a Saturday morning guarantee ,i waived a signature and she still refused to give me a refund.
