My mail is usually missing. Some gets returned and some doesn't. My mail carriers blame each other. I am told to "ask around" to see if someone else received it. That is not my job. My mail should be delivered to me. The postal workers make excuses and are never helpful.  I like to order things on line but am very apprehensive now, because I will make a purchase and never receive it. I have no recourse because tracking states it has been delivered to my address but if it is in the WRONG mailbox, I never receive it. Why can't I just get my mail???!!!!
