Rude lady who handles the PO Boxes! They shut down our PO Box because my husband had chosen to have his mail delivered to our new residence and I couldn't keep it for my mail. Rude. Horrible Customer Service!!!

If I could rate this zero stars, I would. Absolutely terrible. My buyer's package went out for delivery and never made it to her house. Tracking even backs that up. Flash forward 6 days later and it still hasn't turned up. I spent TWO days calling this PO. I either get the "closed" message or it rings and rings until it disconnects. Needless to say, a claim has been filed and an investigation has been opened.

They always make sure our packages are scanned. Great customer service!

We call them each month to get our Bulk male postage due , i just got off the phone with rude women(very poor costumer service), I have been told why dont you keep track of that yourself and she was telling me how busy they are with very impolite tone. Is it really that hard to read a number of your computer ....
