Such a collection of the slowest and rudest staff I have ever seen. No wonder the USPS keeps losing money. Without a staff overhaul or attitude sea change, they will never successfully compete in their market against UPS and FedEx. Maybe they could try to answer the phone as well. Oi!

I just wrote wrong my shipping address, which my order package couldn't be sent to me. I left messages for this carrier service, and came to the post office to correct it. The courier Lauren was very responsible and patient, she did her best to help me find the effective way to handle it. Also, she got the manager and other team member's support and assistant. I was very impressed by such great team! When I checked my mailbox and found my package was already there. It's so exciting! The carrier guy is very responsible and wise too! If the carrier guy could response to my message, then both of the post office and me could save more time. If the phone service did work timely and patiently, then we could avoid to find the right person to listen it again. It seems that the best staffs hides behind the door, including the best supervisors.

I am giving them 1 star because there is no option for 0. A week doesn't go by when I don't have someone else's mail in my mailbox.I get many past due notices because my mail is delivered to someone else on regular basis. someone must do something about this.

I can’t give them 0 stars. These idiots won’t leave my package in my mailbox, despite me requesting that they do multiple times on the rescheduled delivery. It’s not like THAT’S THEIR ONE JOB OR ANYTHING! They spent all of November “trying” to deliver this package and now it’s being sent back. Someone is a lazy turd here.

This is a fine postal office. I've been using their services since 1999 for domestic and international shipments - inbound and outbound. Yet to have a piece of mail lost. The staff is friendly and cordial, even when lines are long.
