I called 10 days ago asking for a supervisor or manager who can help me figure out why my mail was still being sent to the wrong address. I was upset because I was trying to explain that important mail wasn't getting to the right address and the lady on the phone told me that she could not help me. Therefore I asked if she can get a supervisor on the phone who can help me and she said she would call me back. This employee ended up hanging up on my face when I asked her to give me an estimated time frame when I can speak with someone, and she kept saying "mamm just give me your number already and she will get to you when she gets to you". I gave her my name and phone number. I couldn't get her to help me at all because she refused to answer every one of my questions and when I call they never pick up the phone. It's now been 10 days since I have called way more than enough time to hear from someone and my mail is out there somewhere with someone else. So unprofessional.... These people need to realize that the misplacment of mail is taking the personal information of others and compromising it because they are too negligent to care and I hope that they shape up...
