I’ve been shopping at United cycle and been a happy customer for over 30 years but this review is specifically about the new bike I recently purchased. I was very specific on what I wanted and visited every bike store in the city and the service level I experienced from all the staff at United was unlike anywhere else. They are well informed about bikes and extremely helpful with everything. Shout out to the whole team at United you’re all a pleasure to deal with. Keep up the good work everyone. See you again soon!
I would like to express my sincere appreciation for Vladislav and the outstanding customer service he provided.nnWe came to the store shortly before closing time with very limited English and almost no knowledge about bicycles. Our intention was simply to gather some information and look at our options.nnWe were introduced to Vladislav from the technical department, and thanks to him, we ended up purchasing a bicycle that same day.nnDespite it being close to closing time, he never rushed us. He took the time to explain everything in detail, answered all of our questions, and helped us understand the differences between the various models. His knowledge, patience, and professionalism made the entire process easy and enjoyable.nnWhat impressed us most was that he genuinely wanted to help us make the right decision rather than simply make a sale. Because of his guidance and expertise, we felt confident in our purchase and left the store with exactly what we needed.nnPlease recognize Vladislav for his exceptional work. I bought a Velec electric bike online at a great price from United Sports & Cycle.nnThe online purchase went smoothly, and delivery to Quebec was on time.nnMy bike arrived in a box, in perfect condition and no scratch, but the original tools and user manual were missing!nnI wrote United by email to explain the situation. They didn't reply, but they call me personally to apologize and rectify the situation.nWow, great service!nnThank you!
Love the full time staff here - Colin went above and beyond to help me with my new bike and made my week. Alex was fantastic at helping me select accessories. Andrew helped me organize an online order and was super friendly and helpful. I also purchased a bike from Lyndsay last month - she is awesome and always working hard to serve customers, today there were three staff standing nearby socializing and she had to ask them to help on numerous occasions. The full time staff are top notch. Some of the seasonal staff need more training in product knowledge, customer care, and motivation.nnSuch a great business. I love that they close Sundays and the customer service from their experienced staff is unrivalled.
My daughter has been figure skating for several years and Tyler has been helping us throughout that time. He consistently provides outstanding customer service and always friendly, patient, and welcoming.nnHe is incredibly knowledgeable about skates and fitting. He has sorted out problems that other places couldn't figure out and he's always willing to take the time to help and make sure everything is right. We never feel rushed and we know he genuinely cares about his customers.nnEvery visit is a positive experience. looking forward to going to the shop because we know we'll be welcomed and taken care of. We truly appreciate all of his help and highly recommend!
