Two years in a row, I bought my daughter a new bike from this location. Both times they did such a poor job puttingnit together that it was loose and falling apart. I mentioned it to them when I bought the second bike and still the brakes fell apart after a few hours...
I love my new bike! After online researching my wishlist for weeks, I knew 'sort of' what I wanted, but Henry was top notch at truly helping me narrow it down. He covered all the pros and cons of several different styles and then the indoor track trial was the best! Not to mention the pro service and advice I got from Jesse, on the day I picked it up. Getting back into cycling has been a fantastic experience with a great start at United!
I went today and look for a bike for my daughter. One of their staff named Henry was very helpful and accomodating. He knows his stuff and explained everything I needed to know. He even threw a bell for free as a gift for my daughter’s birthday. Thank you kindly and I appreciated alot.
Henry helped me select a bike and was very patient and brought out several models for me to try out in store. He was knowledgeable and helpful, and checked different specifications so that a child seat would fit on the bike. I'd recommend United Cycle for getting a bike. I would also like to thank Andrew who gave me other tips to do with the particular model I chose. Staff here are friendly and personable.
I came to United Cycle to look for an E-bike and Noah was exceptional with helping me choose the right bike for me. When I was making my payment Lindsay made sure everything went smoothly. When I got home I called the store and devon was very helpful with directin my inquiries.
