He has been incredibly helpful in assisting my kids with their skating needs over the past few years. From selecting the right skaters to fixing their gear, his expertise and dedication have made all the difference.nnDuring our recent visit,Tyler took the time to understand my kids' skill levels and preferences. He offered personalized recommendations that were spot on! His knowledge about the products and the sport is impressive, and he made the whole process enjoyable for my kids.nnAdditionally, he went above and beyond by helping us fix their skaters, ensuring everything was in perfect condition. Went to get our skates sharpened and we could not be happier. Easily the best sharpening I have had on my skates. Killed time by wandering around the store. They have a ton of product across all sports. My kid found a bike he liked in the middle of January and they let him take it for a test ride in store. Prices were a bit on the higher end, but you get what you pay for.
I am extremely impressed with the customer service at United Cycle. I have been supporting their store for many years; it is my go to for volleyball and other sporting equipment.nnI placed an online order over a week ago, and found out that after they delivered my order to my parents, porch pirates came and stole the package. The order was a Christmas for my daughter who had just made a club volleyball team in Calgary. I called United and spoke with Autumn who was great to talk to and offered to help replace the order.nnA huge thank you to Autumn who supports the online and curbside orders, and Kelly who is the store manager. If you have any doubts about shopping at United Cycle, you shouldn't. Their customer service is impeccable and you are support a local business.
Amazing customer service! Came from another store without knowing how to choose skates and a helmet. The guy at the skates section that looks like James Hetfield, helped us and in a second we had the perfect skates for my son the one called future politician. Then we got to the helmets section and another very helpful staff got us the perfect fit sizable helmet. Unfortunately, I can't recall either name but they were awesome. Thanks so much guys, you made my experience great! This was on Thursday, January 10, 2025 ~ 4:30 pm.
Customer service is really impeccable. Unfortunately, bought one of their bikes on sale and the chain snapped 500 meters out the door. Frame is nice, and it rode great for the 3 minutes I used it, but maybe be aware that the good price comes with the cost of everything other than the frame needing upgrading.
