Horrible taxi last night. Halfway through our taxi ride the van starting beeping because apparently my boyfriend’s door didn’t close fully. The driver rudely tells my boyfriend his door isn’t shut, my boyfriend is expecting him to pull over so he can open and shut the door, but instead he continues to speed and tells him again that it isn’t shut. The taxi driver sighs loudly in anger and keeps driving to eventually stop in the middle of the street, says “open and shut your door!” So my boyfriend tries, but it’s doesn’t budge.. the taxi driver rudely sighs again and takes us to our destination. Once arrived my boyfriend tells him it’s debit, the taxi driver ignores him, steps out of the vehicle, opens his door and stares at him. He asks me if it’s debit and I say yes. He comes back into the car, hands me the debit, totally ignoring my boyfriend. I hand my boyfriend the debit machine because he was paying and the taxi driver didn’t even say thank you. ?? Great taxi expirience 100% would recommend!! Totally don’t need to improve! Wow! 🖕🏻

Block cars in can't read big signs that say no parking rude never use these guys unless u want ur driver breaking the law and having attitude when asked to get out of the way since there illegally parked

While waiting for a cab, a driver from this company asked me which company I was waiting for. I told her, and she laughed at me and said "Big mistake." My cab only took five minutes to arrive, and the company I always call is always prompt. Not only was she wrong, it was just terribly tacky of her. Not exactly how you should conduct your business.

Picked me up after I wanted 40 minutes for a different company that said 10 minutes. Great driver and great rates. Will only use United cab from now on.
