Extremely rude and unprofessional. Got a timed cab, they explain to me (before hand), that the cab would be a little later as they were busy. That’s fine. About near the time that I asked it for the cab, I cancelled it as I had an alternative ride. When I called and cancelled it, the cab was already here (early), which I was not expecting as they said it would be later, so it being later it meant I had time to cancel. The lady on the phone was very rude and told me that she will no longer be taking times cabs to the destination where i called it for, my workplace, as she explained it was a waste of time. DO NOT TELL PEOPLE THEIR CABS WILL BE LATER THAN EXPECTED AND THEN REFUSE SERVICE WHEN THE CAB ENDS UP BEING EARLY AND YOU’D LIKE TO CANCEL!!!

Usually fast and reliable but when they are hit hard wait times can be up to a hour. Not a service that you can depend on without a time call. Which tells me their management skills are lacking immensely. No back up plan. If you have to keep calling to get a answer then it's best to fund a alternative ride

About the most useless cab company there is. They love to keep you on hold when they're busy and the cans never show up. They wonder why people drink drive

Waiting on a cab been an hour. Very rude on the phone, I even said wow after I hung up. the guy needs an attitude adjustment. I would never speak to a customer this way. Suprised they can operate with poor customer service and long wait times. Taxi companies are a dime a dozen anyone can drive a cab, as a business you should stand out above the rest for great service, quality and efficiency, my experience today shows the lack of that. Will not come back or recommend anyone to take this cab.

Use to be a really great company. When I first moved to Woodstock, drivers were extremely polite and helpful. The cab would always arrive quickly, so quickly in fact, I would put my shoes on and go outside before I even called. Over the last while, the cabs have taken much longer to arrive and some drivers are not the nicest. The final straw was Monday. I called for a cab at 2:36. At 2:54, I was still waiting, called the company back and was told the cab would be there in 10 minutes because they had to go to vutec first. I had kids coming home from school and needed to get home. The cab driver arrived to pick me up at 3:26. Almost a hour after I had called!! The driver got out of the car and kind of stood there looking at me... you could tell she didn't want to help with my full cart of groceries, so I told her I would do it myself. As we were driving I was silent. She then decided to "apologize " by telling me that I wasn't left waiting on purpose and that there are lots of people that wait longer, including herself.....because somehow I guess that is supose to make me less angry or make me feel better???!!! Somehow, that makes you look better??!! I told her that they could have at least let me know that it was going to take that long so I could have chosen to make other arrangements. She told me that there was a new dispatcher who was not good and it takes a long time to learn that position....maybe more training then or find someone who knows how to dispatch until this person learns??!! . She then kept telling me to "complain to Terry if your not happy then!!" She then stayed in her dirty van without a word or any type of real apology or attempt at customer service, while myself and my son(who showed up from school as I we pulled up to my house) emptied the van and drove away. I think I will now have to look for a new cab service
