Attorney Underwood helped to guide me through the legal process explaining everything in terms I could understand every step of the way! He handled my matter professionally and was a pleasure to work with throughout the process. I met with a lot of Attorneys and he is by far the most accommodating and qualified. Highly recommended!!

I"m writing this to inform anyone looking for a lawyer to take my experience into consideration. I retained Mr. Underwood in January of 2016 to deal with a QDRO and because his website says Fathers Rights Attorney to deal with issues with my children with me being a father. Well all I can say is Mr. Underwood seemed at first to be a concerned attorney with my issues being a priority. Things started to not progress for quite sometime. Communication was very little except for the monthly emails showing my balance and or what I owed. My bills were paid and I made sure money was in the account. Long story short is it's almost 2 years later and I'm still no further than I was in January 2016, QDRO not finalized and still have not had any visitation with my children in fact I've lost what I did have for "FATHERS RIGHTS". But the good news is I'm over $8000 less in my checking account. Not worth the $325-350 per hour. Not being bitter just giving facts.

They handle my tickets very fast and proficiently with no hassle, also the staff there is very kind and amazing, they are very highly recommended

It took me several weeks to make an important decision to visit an attorney, this is a life changing event and I needed some guidance. Mr. Underwood may be a fine attorney but I'll never find out. 1 hour before our appointment I received a call confirming my appointment. I had to take time off from my job to meet with him. I waited exactly 20 minutes after my scheduled appointment then left as Mr. Underwood was "stuck" in traffic. I drove 25 minutes through the city with no problems. I hope going forward Mr. Underwood realizes these appointments are important and he Starts to respect individual's time. Good luck if you choose.
