They do not return phone calls. We have been trying for over a month now to contact the ada prosecuting the case of the person who entered our home with no success. Luckily we found out through the Justice Centers inmate look up that the trial date had been changed. They didn't even bother to notify us and we are supposed to testify. Unacceptable and unprofessional! Also, just as a little extra insult to the public, when you click the "contact" button on their website it brings you to a blank page! You have got to be kidding me!

I wouldn't even give them a star. They told me I'd hear about my property in evidence over a month ago and I haven't heard a single word. Stellar performance, I have doubts that they will even punish the criminal involved in the case I initiated. Good luck if you have to deal with them.

William J.Fitzpatrick you are a coward. Cop kills kid in hit n run accident and has firefighter help cover it up. You cant prosecute them because of "conflict of intrest". You sir are a coward and a disgrace to the people of Syracuse. Hell has reserved a front row seat for you.
