Uncle Joe’s Family Restaurant

We absolutely love this place. It’s been here for ages so the decor is a little on the darker side but it’s very well kept. The food is always hot and fresh. The customer service is always great. We have never had an issue here. They even serve liver and onions. Feb 16/18 Another great dinner. The portion size is very good, the quality was high and the service was very nice. Overall a great visit to a hidden gem on Markham Road north of Hwy 7. Food is made fresh.

Uncle Joe hss been in business for a long time and they are still busy because their lamb and steak are delicious. The friendly staff make sure you enjoy the meal. You should go to this restaurant if you have not been there yet. RSVP highly recommended

Chinese owned Western restaurant so I'd say food is a bit fusioned. The atmosphere is quite nice so it's suitable to come with family. The servers were very nice and didn't hesitate to provide us with recommendations and daily specials. The only downside is that the portion is not big enough.

It was actually really delicious. By a lot of the ratings I didn't have high expectations. My boyfriend and I both got the rib eye with fries. The vegetables here were great, and the fries were fresh and crispy on the outside light and airy on the inside. Good gravey and good steak.

Top quality French Onion Soup. Very tender AAA Angus Steak and Spring Lamb. Worth a try of Stew Lamb Shank and Special Curry Beef Rice. If you are Lamb lover, you should try their special Roast Lamb Leg (portion good for 4 to 6 person and must pre-order in advance when you reserve a table at least a day before).
