The order this pizza for the 1st time period we order our pizza well done. We receive this pizza not well done so we had to throw it back in the album. Hence the pizza BN on the cutting board. This pizza legitimately is 3 stars no more.
I ordered pizza and cheesy bread and requested the cheesy breads to be extra buttery. This pathetic order of cheese bread is what I received. Where is the cheese umbria??
Not at all impressed. I wanted a slice at lunch. Got there they only had a pieced together pizza 3 kinds of different pizza put together as 1 in a case. It wasn't very warm and was not fresh. Clearly had been sitting for some time. It was pretty low to average tasting to me, not gourmet in any way. All the prices have been removed from their menu boards. The patio out fronts floor was filthy as we entered. The entry way was dirty and restaurant did not feel clean inside. Got a cup for water so did my friend both of us had black things in our water from the water from the fountain machine which was warm, almost hot. Odd and gross. I see now why the staff who was pleasant and nice tried to give us ice so badly. I pd $4 for that small piece of lame pizza and water. I will never go back. And I wouldn't recommend anyone go there. I'd have been happier with domino's.
Very impressed with Umbria. The pizza is great and the service is even better. I have a severe dairy allergy and the person who took my phone call this evening knew exactly what had dairy and what didn’t. This is very hard to come by, especially with pizza. They have vegan options too! I had the Montreal special pizza and it was GREAT. The crust is fantastic and everything just was so tasty. They didn’t cut my pizza because they didn’t want to cross contaminate, which was awesome. These guys were great, the pizza was very yummy and we will be back!! So many fun different options to try too!
Got the Capicola Pizza. Good Crust, sauce, cheese, and toppings. Exactly what I was looking for. Thought the hot italian sausage would be hotter, but chili flakes are cheap, so meh.
Ordered 3 chicken Alfredo’s and 1 spaghetti but nothings tasted seasoned at all. Food here was so so.
Ordered twice and both times was pizza was great and quick delivery. New local favorite.
The owner is a person that cares about his customers. He ALWAYS is smiling and very pleasant to order from. His food will turn out exactly the way you requested. He certainly deserves business. Vegetarian options: They do have a very good gluten free crust Kid-friendliness: It is not a bar scene. I would take a kid there to eat. Parking: Parking is in front of the entrance. Wheelchair accessibility: Ramps are easily accessible from the handicapped parking. Dietary restrictions: Gluten free crusts are available
Ordered pizza and a salad for delivery and it was a little expensive. The pizza was okay, but the salad was light on toppings. The delivery guy was nice, but they didn’t bring folks for the salad when they were delivering it to a hotel. Probably should add that to the comment. The pizza was moderately warm when it arrived. Ordering on the app was a pain.
