I'm torn between a great review and a really bad one, the few times I have picked up my order on the way home from work it has been very good. The first time I got it delivered they called and said they had to many 7:30pm orders so mine would be late. I pre ordered at 2:30 in the afternoon. I'm pretty sure mine should have taken priority, but I said ok and it arrived only 15 min past my scheduled time which I was ok with. This delivery of my free pizza through points and my paid for stuffed cheese bread yesterday was absolutely horrible. Where to start, pizza was absolutely the worst I have ever had at this location, I know it was free but I earned it after buying so much food. Toppings were far and few between , it was under cooked as was the stuffed cheese bread. You could see the cheese inside the bread was all separated between blends and raw. Also did not receive my sauce cup to make the raw cheese bread palatable . And now we get to delivery, not sure if the driver was new or what happened but I live 5 minutes from the store and my order was 38 minutes late. It hurt me to not tip as well as I normally do, I understand that drivers rely on tips but this was not worthy of more than $2. My order was just over $11, I was going to tip a $20 bill before my order showed up extremely late. If I ever trust this store to deliver my food again and get the same driver and it shows up on time a miracle I know I will definitely compensate the driver . I have not forgotten what your name is or the vehicle you drive. I hope this was just a fluke and all of the rest of your delivery's happen smoothly.
I did the 2 for $6.99 each thing. The BBQ chicken pizza had hardly any chicken on it even though I paid for extra. The pasta primavera was so small in the amount they gave that my son actually had to fix another dinner after he ate that. Really didn't have much sauce on it either. And why am I paying a $4.25 delivery fee when the drivers use their own vehicle and not a company car?! Greedy much??!! Probably won't order from this location again. Maybe Beaufort St will be better and I'll just pick it up. The driver was awesome though so he got tipped well. Would've been more had it not been for the extra money spent that goes to the company and not the driver! Smh!
Ordered a large all-pepperoni pizza for delivery from the Domino's on Oakland Avenue in Bloomington Illinois. Opened the box to find about a third of it see photo was plain cheese, no pepperoni topping .... and that they cut it so off-center that I had to cut three of the pieces with my own kitchen scissors just so that my children could hold the slices. Oh and part of it was burned. I've never seen anything like this. When I called the store the manager got weirdly angry, started shouting, and then hung up. So that's the last time I order from Domino's.
Daytime manager Amanda is rude. Would not honor coupon I have and the fine print says and I quote" Legal Stuff: *Good for any menu-priced Domino’s online order. Carryout or Delivery. " I tried to use the code online and it wouldn't work so when I went to pickup the food she scoffed and acted like I was a problem. Every single interaction I've had with her has been nothing but her being rude.
They need to hire more people. Had to cancel my order. They had only 1 driver... on a FRIDAY NIGHT!!! Received the call that they were backed up.... after almost an hour after I ordered. Was told it would be ANOTHER hour after that. This is rhec2nd time this has happened in less than 2 months. Find a different pizza joint.
Fast delivery on week days. My order is always correct. I love the Domino's tracking app. Good work guys!

Driver cancelled my order upon arrival?! Called the store and their only explanation was “she brought the pizza back and said something about there not being enough drivers”. If this is true then why cancel my order when you are about to arrive? Lol. Didn’t refund my tip either. Def not ordering from this location again and letting anyone else know how bad of a taste you left in my mouth
Ordered: Hand tossed 2-topping medium pizzas. Received: Thin-crust pizzas with very less toppings. Only 1-2 mushroom pieces and 1-2 green pepper pieces in a pie!! Was there a change in management? A while back the quality used to be better.
Horrible experience last night. Waiting 3 hours for my pizzas. The screen said it was being baked and only had 8 minutes left. It in fact wasn't in the oven. I had the manager hang up on me 3 times on the phone. I had to argue with him about a refund or a credit. He then told me 30 minutes for the pizzas to be done. I came back and was missing a pizza. He had the nerve to tell me sorry and that he nneded more tike. I'm already 3 hours in. I never did get my last pizza. This isn't the first time I've had problems with this location. I will not be visiting this location again.
