Ultimate Family Dental

I was referred to Dr. Schimon by a close friend so wasn't all that surprised at the great service I got. I didn't need any major work thankfully but got a thorough cleaning and checkup. Dr. and staff were friendly and efficient and I will be going back in 6 months for another checkup. One really nice thing is he has free WiFi which is great.

Fred and his staff are always very polite. They also respect my time. I've never had to wait more than a few minutes in the lobby before my appointment starts.

My visit was so smooth, I was very happy with the services. I was warmly welcomed, told my fees upfront, bc without insurance, I paid before I went into the room. Dr was warm, explained clearly till I understood, then painlessly proceeded with my Crown. I was in and out in a jiffy. The assistant was kind, funny, and explained again what I needed to have done. I would recommend anyone to go. Thanks so much.

If I could give this dentist 0 stars I would. He is the rudest, most insensitive dentist that I have ever come across. He verbally abused his employees during both appointments that I had the misfortune of going to. He cursed during one of my procedures and insulted me personally several times. He exclaimed about how "disgusting" and "gross" my infection was during my root canal and even used a q-tip to have me smell it! He then sued me over a $100 unpaid balance only a month after the procedure. He is not fit to have a staff let alone work with the public. Go anywhere else.
