I had taken my son to 6 other Dentist's. He would hide under the chair and out right be awful. I brought him here and they worked with him and we have been coming here since. It has been 4 years and we drive an hour and a half to go. LOVE Dr. John!!!!

Excellent staff, and even better dentists. I am completely satisfied with my decision to bring my daughter here. I am a dental hygienist, so I am always nervous about working with dental professionals that I have never interacted with before. My three year old wants to go back, and even said she loves Dr. Aaron and his staff. To the person whose review stated they are not understanding, they give you paperwork that CLEARLY states that new patients who cancel their appointments for any reason will not be allowed to reschedule. They are an extremely busy office, and cancellations affect the rest of the day. I know from experience. At least they don't charge a $50-$75 missed appointment fee like other offices. Read your paperwork, then maybe you would be the one who is a little more understanding. Shame on you for giving an office a bad review because your reading comprehension sucks. You obviously dis not read any of the paperwork that was mailed to you prior to your appointment. Shame on you Nicole Brassaw as a parent for not reading it. I will recommend Mid Michigan Pediatrics to anyone with a child in need of dental treatment. I am so happy to have found an amazing office with amazing staff that I completely trust with my daughter.

Had an appointment for my kids and had an emergency with family and was unable to attend, called to reschedule only to be informed that they were no longer allowed to schedule them because of them being new patients. As a family/pediatric dentistry it would seem they would care and be more reasonable understanding situations like this occur. Will find a new and more understanding office to take my children to.

My son with special needs treating with Dr. Carroll and Dr. John for over 15 years. Wonderful,  professional,  KIND, and patient. LOVE the docs and staff. God bless all!!
