I brought my computer in and they wanted $60+ for a bios update. Total scam, for that amount I could buy a new CPU and do it myself. Update: I bought a new MOBO for cheaper and installed it myself for cheaper than what they would've charged to update my bios. Probably quicker too

Took my PC in told them what I thought was wrong and was ignored they replaced nearly a thousand dollars worth of parts over the course of 3 visits and never fixed the root issue that i brought up on visit 1 had to take elsewhere for quality service and work

My husband and I got a PS3 from my parents for Christmas and it only had a 12GB hard drive in it. We needed something bigger, obviously! Val (a sales associate) was very helpful and knew exactly what we needed. It is a great place and we will be going there for all of our needs. :D
