Petco Animal Supplies

This place is amazing. It’s nice to have a pet store in our area that has such a great range of animals. The animals are VERY well cared for. I know first hand that they go above and beyond, always making sure their animals are healthy before sending them off to their new homes. I have purchased lots of toys and food for my pets and they were great. The staff is very knowledgeable and always so helpful. It’s nice that they are open later so I am able to get there with my work schedule. I would rather go here any day then Mighty Pet.

Staff are always very friendly and try asking if I need any help, as well as very knowledgeable! Store is rather clean and animals appear well taken care of. I also like that they do price matching. My only complaint is there are no cats in the store yet!!

Hello, i'd like to say this is a very pleasant store. as soon as you walk in you are greeted by a smiling and very friendly worker. the store is very clean and well kept, and i really appreciate how clean they keep their animal cages. i also like how well kept their animals are, they seem vary happy and well taken care of. i have heard vary bad stories about petco but it seems this petco puts the rumors at rest. i will continue to go to this petco and happily bring my animals.

Purchased 2 saltwater tank and new filter. Fish died within 10 hours in ideal parameters in my tank that has been cycling and home to many fish. Petco blamed my water, which every system is different, then blamed the new filter i purchased which was running my media frim old filter to include my original filter lines keeping the transfer less drastic. Killed my fish and now my system is garbage. No refunds and no exchange. Customer servics told me it isn't their problem. So me and my 6 fish tanks that i need new supplies monthly with shop at Mighty Pet in Menominee, MI.

I called ahead of time to set up bathing For My Dawgs they wait until I drive an hour to show up and then tell me they need proof of when rabies expire... unprofessional and inconsiderate
