Very professional and active people are working in UBC parking lots . They can give you tickets at 6:30 in the morning, no empathy , no kindness. They can double up your penalty . They say they monitor every one 24/7 yet someone never gets a ticket hahaha. Love your enthusiasm.nGood luck to you guys.nMay God guide you .
One of the best parkades in campus; although I heard some rumors of keying back in 2024. Closest parkade to Sauder building and most buildings. I’d say if you are commuting, you should either get this parkade or North Parkade. Prices are very steep though.
The parking lot was closed partially so had to circle 3 times for a spot...It was moving day for my daughter and even though parking was free, it added to the stress of everything else...If UBC knows it is moving day, open the external parking stalls so it is easy for families to drop off their kids...I am not sure how it is on a regular day but a LOT of spots were taken by EVO cars and students use them, great, but find external spots there are lots I saw but all with UBC reserved signs so that it opens up the parking lot for days like these...This is my opinion
A very convenient spot to park with lots of parking when visiting Wreck Beach that is only a quick 2min to the top of Trail 6.
if you have morning classes 9-noon, then you better pray to find a parking spot quick when u arrive at the parkade. because even if u arrive at the parkade, you could be spending up to maximum 15 mins trying to find a parking spot by going up the levels. and it takes a long time because some people drive truly slow going up the levels when there are 10 cars going up behind. make sure to arrive maybe 10 minutes earlier, then you'll most likely make it to ur class, make sure to not forget about how long it would take for u to walk to class from parkade. good luck
