I have banked at various banks in the past but none of them come close to the service,  atmosphere of big bank in a small town.  Chisago City branch has some of the most knowledgeable,  professional,  courteous, & friendly staff I've encountered.  They are always willing to go the extra mile for their customers. I'm very glad I now bank at the US Bank in Chisago City.  Thank you all so very much.

I've always had great customer service when going to this branch. All of the employees are very friendly and helpful! I've never been to a usbank branch where all the employees are laughing, smiling, and joking around with their customers!  Great place and will always bank with usbank!

Great bank to work with. Love the local small town feel with the "big bank" convenience of all the ATM's at Holiday Stations.

Highly recommend it does have a small town atmosphere, tellers are all very helpful, friendly, and they go that extra mile to make sure you  are properly taken care of.
