This review is specifically about our experience working with Shane Bark as our home mortgage lender.nnShane changed our lives! He was my husband and I's lender and because of him, our dreams became reality. We got to close on our dream home today & I'm on cloud nine. Throughout the process, Shane was doing a lot of hand-holding because I'm very anxious. He calmed me down every time he was able to provide his knowledge or solutions. Shane is very detail-oriented and passionate about what he does. From the beginning, he made sure we were aware of every single thing we should need to know. It's hard to find someone that's this knowledgeable about what they do, but Shane knows his stuff and will educate you in an easy to understand but not condescending way. We were able to complete a lot of required documents and paperwork on our phones which was great for us and our busy schedules. We met with Shane last year, and he was able to help us get to the point where we are today: into our home. Us bank sucks!!!!!! Been with them for years, and they are the rudest unprepared people I have ever seen working there!!!! They hold your checks ransom when you deposit money in your account, after being with them for years, I'm completely done with them!!!! Deposit $600, and can only get $200 OF MY MONEY!!!!! BEEN HACKED ON MY ACCOUNT 3 OR 4 TIMES WITH THIS AWFUL BANK!!!!!!! CLINTON SUCKS!!!!

Parents bank here, unfortunately but are in the hospital. I went in to cash a check for them as their accounts are here. I am from out of state and do not have an account with them therefore they insited I pay a $7.00 fee to cash this check for them. The teller was very rude. After she could get her supervisor in another office to put down her cell phone she asked if they could wave this fee. They would wave it but just this once. Rest assured there will never be another visit from me. My bank would never treat customers like this and they would cash any check I write to anyone with out charging them. So sad.

Wife went in for simple car loan loan person says no problem also says fall rates may be lower Wife returns loan person says even though you both have excellent credit can't loan you anything unless we pay 9.2 interest rates. Bait and switch

This branch is ridiculous. $7 to cash check on member account. Will not do notary same day. Schedule appointment for future. Parking a JOKE!!!!
