The owner Nate Kreinbrink was extremely rude and condescending towards me. My vehicle was parked in their parking lot today on a Sunday afternoon, for no more than 15-20 minutes. I pulled over there to take a phone call. Keep in mind there were no other cars in the entire lot because the business is closed on Sundays. Nate pulled up next to me in his vehicle and rolled down his window to ask what I was doing on his property. He then told me to leave. On paper that would seem like a harmless interaction and I would have been happy to oblige and go park somewhere else. But his tone and demeanor were extremely aggressive. As I was leaving I told him that I hope his day gets better because his attitude didn't seem to reflect that he was having a good one, and he then told me to "go have fun hanging out at Walmart instead" as he followed me on my way out of the parking lot. If I was someone who was considering giving these people my business, I would look elsewhere. I can't comment on whether or not their company does good work, but if the owner's character is any reflection of their performance with wealth management, then I would consider trying somewhere else.
