UPack was very easy to use and super helpful. We moved from Chicago - Indy, put our stuff in storage, and it was easily and quickly delivered once we closed on our new home. Would definitely recommend them!

Several items of furniture arrived damaged. Neither upack or their recommended "Movingstaffers" loaders are claiming responsibility. Horrible experience. Would not consider them again

U Pack was extremely easy to book and made all instructions very clear. We transferred furniture from IL to AZ and it could not have been more smooth. Very happy with our choice!
