PODS Moving & Storage

. When I booked my pods I told them I closing date was on June 23rd and I needed my bins delivered on that day so they could be picked up on the 24th and I will not be getting charged for another month. Now they're telling me that they didn't have that scheduled and they can't deliver my stuff until July 5th which means I'm going to be charged for an extra month and I will not have access to any of my furniture for my new home they keep telling me they can't get ahold of the warehouse. I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. Add to list Edit

Driver Keith was 2 hours early for pickup window, rude to my wife, attempted to hide his identity when asked for his name and refused to identify his supervisor when we expressed our displeasure with his service. Need to learn to treat your customers with respect and train drivers better since they are the face of your company.

Not reliable service. More an inconvince to use them then a moving truck. They are not timely about anything, and tend to not be available when you need to call them.
