Driveways are narrow and costly packed, with steep angles for drainage. There is also some white powder on the inside of the unit around the edge which requires protecting your household goods from. There is a bathroom that is accessible when the office is open. It's in the same building, but accessed from inside there gate, on the backside of the building. Crew and manager/owner are really nice and helpful. Most of the units appeared to be 10x20s. They offered competitive rates on those and a modest discount to those making referrals. It's easy access on a quiet road that is itself easily accessed from three different directions, which is a major selling point to me, in addition to the competitive rate. They do not sell locks here, so you'll need to get one before you come. Check with the office to be sure you get the right size lock before you buy one, though. The white powder and narrow access are why this is not a 5. Those are inconveniences that will have to be dealt with as they arise. Hopefully there won't be two trucks trying to load/unload the same day.

I found U-Lock-It storage on Celtic Dr in Madison, AL to be conveniently located with easy access to Madison Blvd and Hughes Rd. I also found the rental rates to be reasonable and competitive with other storage facilities in Madison. What appealed to me was the availability of a small storage unit that accommodated my space needs and budget. Their web site was easy to navigate with rental rates posted. The staff is friendly and professional.

I am thankful for this place. Had a water leak and needed to save what I could and they saved me. Love the price! It’s clean, well lit and protected! Can’t remember when I paid and just walked out. Personable and polite, where you want to leave your things away from home.

So, when I moved to this side of the city I needed storage. Like anyone else my top priority was a to find the cheapest deal. I found that with U-Lock It Storage. But, just because they were the cheapest doesn't mean it was the best. I found out that you can be the cheapest AND the best. Christy contacted me when on their usual daily walk arounds she noticed my lock was not locked correctly. It wasn't the lock but the slider which was not working. I thought it was amazing that with the hundreds of units they have they noticed a problem with mine~ So, she called out their maintenance guy to come on out to my unit. Wow, that took 4 minutes. He came and fixed it and now I know if there is any issues with my unit......they will see it and report it to me. They are a family company and it feels like it. Go and chat with them and give them the deserved business.

Extremely reasonable rent prices and larger than average storage facilities, plus it's temperature controlled, which is very important to us. This is definitely one of the better places to store your stuff safely and at a very reasonable cost. The location is okay.

I am very pleased with U-Lock-It Storage in all aspects. Climate control, secureness, and cleanliness are key factors for me, and this location has all of them. I have had several different storage units over the years and U-Lock-It has been the best. The staff is friendly and helpful as well. I recommend this storage facility for sure.

Thought this place was nice. I’m not from around here I shared a unit with my mother and her husband. I was wrongfully accused of littering and only found out through gossip! I called to cancel my reservation, YES I almost got my own storage Im glad I didn’t! She hung up on me! It was pathetic! As I’m sending in my papers to the board of nursing I hope that I won’t see her again, you never know who you are being rude too. Go somewhere cheaper and more well known around the US this place is small and it seems as though they gossip because they have nothing else to do!

Christy at U-lock It storage is friendly and helpful. It is rare to find a customer-service focused storage facility. I have never had a problem getting in to load or unload my items in storage. They even had a Christmas event where they gave out appreciation gifts. They are also one of the least expensive storage facilities in Madison, with a great location.

U Lock It is fantastic. The staff is friendly, professional, and easy to work with. Great rates on their units! Gated, secure, and safe. I have never experienced any issues in the years I've had my units.

I have been renting a unit here for over 2 yrs now, the attraction is the cheapest rent in Hsv Madison Metro, the property is well kept very clean and taken care of, maintenance is on staff, No Bugs unless U bring them to the property,property is gated and security cams located throughout the property, Iam sure your belongings will be very happy here and you will not be disappointed.
