I have worked with these guys for last 5 years, have not had a bad transaction yet. I have had motors fixed multiple times and bought many things, and have had things ordered. No issues.

We took our pontoon to American Anchor with motor problems.  They told us we had fried cylinder #3 and would need a powerhead for $4500 or a new motor for $6500.  We picked it up and took it elsewhere.  Turns out the only thing wrong with it was a head gasket.  The cylinder looked like new.  It was never checked by American Anchor.  We will never again say anything good about them as they tried to swindle us and lied to us.  Their business practices are less than appealing.  Warning:  do not  trust the service center.
