Booked a van online for next day. Service was great. The guy at the counter explained everything clearly... told us about where to park and where to drop off the keys if returned after hours. Also explained the option of fuel credit which is basically if you return the vehicle with quarter tank of gas, you get a certain amount of credit towards the rental. Overall great experience. Definitely recommend this location!

Great pick up service but when we went to drop off the big truck, no one was around. After about 20 minutes we just dropped the keys in the overnight drop off and had to leave. Being that we paid cash up front and we didnt use near what we paid for, we ended up waiting almost 3 weeks for a refund by mail. After a big move like we did, a person needs every dime nickle and penny you can get.

As a U-Haul goes, this place is decent. Staff is helpful and friendly, they also sell moving supplies (boxes, tape, bubble wrap, etc.) and they always have a lot of options on hand to suit your needs. On line booking is nice, and it works very well, same as the drop off. The few times I used them I was happy.

I booked the U-Haul on 20th of March 2018 online for March 24. I got the confirmation email with doc number. But on pickup date when I went to their location, they informed me that I don't have any booking, I showed them the email I received with the documents number, even then they were unable to locate my booking. After waisting 1 and half hour they offered my pickup truck with a box instead to 15f truck. I had no option but to accept that offer as I had labour waiting. I would never book online again.

U-Haul on Park St. always has friendly, prompt service and I will definitely recommend to family and friends!
