U-Haul Moving & Storage at Business Ave Ii

I don't know about their services for storage or moving trucks, but as far as hitch installations go, this place is horrible. After almost a month of waiting for them to install a hitch we purchased from them(and getting the runaround from FOUR different people about why it was taking so long), I had to go in, pick up all the parts, and get a refund for the installation labor costs. And that was after we showed up to our scheduled appointment when we thought the hitch had FINALLY arrived and it would get installed, only to be greeted by an employee that informed us that there was no one there that knew how to install the hitch. Huh? He claimed he called us to let us know, but we weren't home at that point. We were on our way there! How about next time you call the night before so we don't have to wake up super early to make it on time (our appointment was for 7am, we showed up at 6:45am. The guy called our house that morning at 6:32am)!!! We ended up making an appointment at PepBoys and they had the hitch installed the NEXT day! And to top it off, it ended up being cheaper at PepBoys! I would not recommend UHaul to anyone for hitch installations. They are way understaffed at this location, and no one has a clue what they're doing.

Wow had the new guy help me out couldnt find the keys or van i booked over the phone he also was making fun of customers outside returning a truck and was rude all around i would of gave 1 star but the other guy was very personal and did a great job helping fix the others mistake. Never will return and headed to ryder rentals!

Very Dishonest! Got rental truck for 1 day & dropped off before given time & at given location. Charged for 2 days rental & when called they gave refund for only rental charges(19.95$). Later I realized they didn't refund for insurance for 1 day. I called them again out of my office busy schedule (3rd time) & asked for billing details, then refunded for insurance of 14$. It seems, this is their normal practice to charge extra if some one not realized extra charges that their gain!!! Be careful for this location!

It's a uhaul .....They are friendly helpful and they gave me more info than I ever got from any other uhaul....nuffsaid
