Place is a joke. Employee was sleeping when we first walked and and they auction on thier terms not yours! They consider 30 days two late payments then they auction your stuff off because the employee who was sleeping behind the counter told his boss he made his calls. Lol don't rent from these scam artists.

Rhamel Parker has excellent customer service and a great attitude. During my relocation, his expertise and professionalism calm my anxieties about moving. Mr. Parker should be considered for a higher leadership position. Thank you, Public Storage!
