HORRIBLE.. STAY AWAY FROM THEM.. The girl that picks up the phone was extremely rude and ignorant.. Wish I could give them 0 stars but it's unfortunate 1 is too much for them.. The branch should be closed down and the girl who picks up the phone should NEVER EVER be in customer service you ignorant human
Rented a truck here. It smells like cigarettes inside. When I returned it, desk guy complains why the floor mat is dirty with dust or mud. Are you kidding me? No damage to the truck and clean all around and he's complaining about a "dirty" floor mat?? Way to go for uhaul's customer service.
If I could give it worse than this I would. Once again UHaul didn't have the truck we reserved, even though we called the day before just to make sure. The 2 idiots had no clue about anything. Its amazing to me that this location is still in business.
The key return slot is on the garage door to the right of the main entrance. We walked around the building twice looking for it. They should make it more obvious where to drop the keys off after hours.
Rented it to move out 5 years ago. Great conditions, bad reviews stick up now, re train staffs if you dont want a bad review from others.
Won't use this location again. Did everything online and was told to wait in a line that was almost out the door to pick up a simple utility trailer.
