I just want to say that the storage unit at Hess Street North is very good. The staff is very polite and courteous. I have not received such good service in other places before. They have excellent customer service skills and I would recommend this storage unit. They follow the covid rules. Thank you for your excellent service.

Good customer service. I've used their storage facility for 21 months and everything was all good. Would recommend.

I had to store a few things for a short period and the customer service I received was impeccable. I had the pleasure of being assisted by Rae both when I was storing and leaving and they were helpful and patient through the entire process.

Really helpful and friendly managers and staff. We needed storage space while we moved two houses into one. Everyone there is great, and made it a lot less stressful trying to figure out what to do with all the “stuff”. Clean and warm facility with lots of spaces available. I highly recommend.

The space is large and clean for storage.  The service at the front desk is friendly and helpful.  Easy to get into and out of the parking area and the units.  Would definitely recommend.
