Fantastic experience with Jas. Brought a used hitch that didn’t fit my 2018 odyssey and they didn’t charge me for their wasted effort, and so I bought a new hitch they luckily they had in stock and installed it within a few hours with electrical for the trailer lights! Costed even lower in labour than bribing my own in, because hitch was from them and can’t be happier with him troubleshooting various issues and finding solutions for each. Next time I will simply buy from them and do it correct from the beginning with this location. Highly recommend this location and ask for Jas for detailed info. Love this hidden hitch he suggested!
The online check in and drop off was a bit of a process. Although convenient, counter check in and drop off is quicker if there'sno line up.nnAlso, what's the point of equipment reservations if there is no equipment? Reserved well in advance We only got 30 percent of the equipment we reserved.nnInstead of 10 blankets, got 6, instead of 2 of each dollies, got 1, and did not even get the utility dollies. We were told first come first serve. So that in itself was false advertising. Pretty sure I got charged for missing equipment. Just not worth my time at this point to ask for refund.nnOtherwise, the truck was well maintained, clean, and the rental costs are reasonable.nnThe lot attended was amazing, though. Very helpful. That employee gets 5 stars!
I was here on a very busy day and I did not expect much. But I have to say that I was truly impressed by the patience and the level of customer care I met. Everybody was friendly and helpful. They were knowledgeable, patient, and attentive to my needs, and the whole process was smooth. They went above and beyond my needs and expectation. A pleasure to deal with them.
Online reservation saves no time. Still need to wait in line, crowded. Was not informed I needed a 4 pin connection for their 12 ft trailers so I had to purchase one there. The poor kid had to break his back lifting trailer onto ball many times. They should have a crank with a leg installed. Customer agents speaking Punjabi a lot so had no idea if they had my trailer or not. Unprofessional and unorganized.nTrailer worked fine though
We had our trailer hitch installed and the wiring harness installed on our brand new Toyota Sienna. When we got the vehicle back half of the gas tank was missing and the wiring harness was not installed properly. I ended up hiring someone else, and just paid for it to get fixed by someone who knew what they were doing.nnTo top it off I tried calling several times to see if they would fix the problem, and they just put me on hold never answering. The missing half of the gas tank they tried denying also. I find it hard to believe a brand new fully topped up hybrid vehicle with half the tank missing they didn’t steal, when we live a few km away from this place. What kind of scum bags steal your gas when you pay for a service.nnI normally don’t leave bad reviews, but this was over the top. I Definitely won’t be doing business with this location again. I wish there was a zero stars. Buyer beware from this location 100%
