Very poor service and misleading behavior by staff.nnCHAT WITH UHAL SUPPORT ONLINE IF NO AVAILABILITY ON EHAT YOU BOOKED AND GET YOUR 50$ guarantee on reserved item.nnAvoid this location if you want honest service.nnI visited this U-Haul location to rent a 5x8 trailer. The staff member, Jaison Arab guy, told me there were no trailers available even though I could clearly see two 5x8 trailers parked right outside photo attached. I then asked for smaller trailer again not available they said even there is couple of those trailer outside. I checked the U-Haul app while standing outside and it showed that the trailer was available at that exact location, so I reserved it immediately and went back inside.nnWhen I asked Jaison how that was possible, he claimed it was a mistake in the app and that the trailer wasn’t actually available. Instead, he tried to push me into renting a truck clearly trying to upsell when the trailer I needed was right there. Another employee named Harsh also tried to make excuses, saying there were light issues on those trailers. But I know U-Haul removes equipment from the system when there are real mechanical issues so the excuse didn’t hold up.nnFrustrated, I left and drove to another U-Haul closer to downtown, where I finally got the trailer.nnThis location clearly tried to mislead me, and I had to waste my time and fuel going somewhere else. If your reserved equipment is unavailable, remember: U-Haul guarantees $50 compensation — contact support through the app immediately and they will charge this location 50$ and send money to you your credit right away . That’s what I had to do.nnAvoid this location if you want honest service.nnI will also end my storage i got at tjis location by end of this month

Fast and efficient and super friendly. I come from the west to deal with store as others U hauls I have rent from closer to home were not positive experience.
