Probably the worst service imaginable. For the 3rd day in a row the driver came while I was at work and no matter how many times I call to have the package dropped off at the UPS store or how many times I ask for it to be dropped off at the UPS store on the slip they leave on my door they never do. What's more frustrating is they never answer the phone at this location forcing me to have to drive down to the always empty store and ask the guy working there (that's always in the back somewhere) what's going on with my package, to which he is always clueless, and has no idea where the package is, why it isn't being sent to the store or when it will arrive at the store. My average time of receiving anything sent to me by UPS is about 1 week after the first delivery attempt, 4-5 unanswered phone calls and 2 trips to the store. How this place is still in business I'll never know...

Package was packed by employee. But clearly it wasn't done right. Package was nearly destroyed and I was out a lot of money. Don't get delivery insurance. The process is deliberately convoluted.

I called this store to see if my package was there because the driver didn't even ring my doorbell and left all while I was home and now I have to go get my package tomorrow! So much for express one-day shipping. 

The guy who answered (and who claims to be the owner of the building) asked me "do you know who you are talking to?" after I angrily complained about the driver who just lazily left without ringing. He talked down to me and swore and told me be more respectful if I want more respect. I started the call with Hi my name is, and then complained about the lazy UPS employee, said nothing about him, and he retorts with the most useless unprofessional service. This guys sounded like the most immature stereotypical deadbeat teenager.

Never do business with this location.

No this UPS store in not open Saturdays as is indicated here. This UPS store is only open when their customers are at are at work (9 am to 6 pm on weekdays). Typical UPS service. 
Their is a UPS drop off location next to my home (literally a block away) In a pharmacy that is open until 8 pm but the driver always delivers my packages to this store ( out of my way) in order to punish me because I'm at work when he attempts deliveries. GO UPS! LAZY BASTARDS!
