Two Men and a Truck Ottawa

Five star experience. We used Two Men and a Truck for two moves in one day. Tamara was great to work with coordinating everything in the office and Eric and the team did an awesome job in the field. Professional, fast, courteous. They disassembled and wrapped big pieces as needed. I would absolutely use them again and highly recommend them. Moving is a challenge in the best of circumstances and Two Men and a Truck made the process much easier. Thanks guys!

Everything from my initial start to completion was excellent. Beth in the office is great to work with. Professional, pleasant. When I advised her at the last minute I was moving more then first mentioned she was efficient in finding a solution. Sidney, Traii, and Damien were efficient, pleasant and so very helpful. They moved quickly, wrapped and took care of my furnishings with care. This is the second time I have used this company in the last 13 months. I would highly recommend their moving services.

Fantastic experience! We moved this weekend and had a great team of 5 men and 2 trucks. The movers were professional, quick, and amazing to watch. They took the time to wrap all our furniture, they disassembled and reassembled our beds. They moved together like a well choreographed dance and they were also fun to be around. I will be recommending them to all my friends.

Amazing service! Amanda in the office was super helpful, I had to reschedule my move only 4 days in advance and she was very accommodating and Sydney and Khalil did a fantastic job getting my stuff moved. They wrapped and protected bigger furniture items, and were efficient and friendly, even when faced with a walkup apartment in 30 degree heat. They got my move done 3 hours under estimate! Absolutely would hire them again and would recommend.

Two Men and a Truck used to be the best. We used them several times in the past few years. Their customer service is now terrible. The website indicates free home estimates, however, they refuse to do home estimates under any circumstances, stating COVID as the reason. The only way they will provide a quote or schedule a move team is if the customer provides a detailed list of each item to be moved. We are very disappointed in their lack of customer service.

We used them in mid March and they were professional, seemed like they knew what they were doing, moved quickly, and their initial quote was fairly accurate to the final price. Unfortunately, our tv got damaged in the move. We contacted them about the damages and we were able to get it sorted out. We would use their services again, but hopefully we don't have to move anytime soon!
