TWO MEN AND A TRUCK®

We had a problem with closing and called in the early a.m. to cancel or reschedule until we found more information out but we were told that there would be a 200 dollar cancellation penalty fee so obviously we kept the appointment which is going to cost about $250 to move four items we just hope that closing falls through in the early near-future ... another thing I would like to mention they say they will be here between 11 and 1 p.m. it is now 1:21 and I'm still waiting I know I will never recommend this company to anyone it would be cheaper and less hassle and wait time just to pay a few friends lesson learned I will write more once they get here and see how they do..... The two guys that came top move me changed my review from a one-star to a five-star they were so laid-back very easy to work with and made the whole process a good one even though I disagree with her cancellation policy especially when situations like ours a rose the two guys that came to help me that day made all the wrong seem right

Terrible experience with these guys. Used for daughter to try to save some stress. First of all, they were over 4 hours late on the pick up side when we had a deadline from a closing. Then they brought the wrong tuck so another hour to swap it. Very slow. Much standing around. Took many many hours to load one box truck and most was pre packed other than appliances. Charged a LOT to hold the load overnight. Showed up 4 hours early on the other end (before House was even closed). Took an extrodnary amount of time again to just unload a box truck. Tried to charge 500 dollars more than the quoted amount (they charge by the hour, and that appears to be even if they are not doing anything). Was able to settle within 80 dollars of the original quote. The problem did not seem to be the “guys” but the management just messing up the schedules, not communicating and just making mistake after mistake. Keep a SHARP eye on the clock and the bill if you use them. I’ll use pods next time. Not worth the stress.

They charge starting when they leave their building, not when they arrive to the moving site. Movers were not prepared. They were very inefficent when moving items. Could have done the job about 20% faster. The crew they sent argued about how to maneuver items. One of them seemed to completely not know what they were doing. Some items were damaged. E-mailed photos of damage to office and they never responded. They automatically charged our card without discussing damage. Terrible service. Do not use!!! You have been warned.

I booked a truck a few weeks ago for a move from Granger, IN to Fishers IN. They called day before to confirm and to ask if they could arrive early. Next day, they showed up late with the wrong truck. The movers left claiming they were coming back with a bigger truck. (I described very well how much furniture I had to move and was told it would be less than half the truck capacity when i booked) I called to see what went wrong and to complain.. when I was done telling what went wrong "jeremy" asked me "are you done?" Can't believe someone says that to a customer. I demanded to speak to the manager and the manager agreeded with me and that this was inexcusable. The manger stated that the "general manager" would contact me. Keith Zielinski called and told me that they "can't meet my needs" and was very rude. I was given no explanation and told too bad. Booked a truck in advance, they showed up late with wrong truck and then the "boss" cancelled their truck. Never deal with Keith Zielinski or 2 men and a truck. I still can't believe they did this. I wish I read their other reviews.... AVOID THESE GUYS!!!

Oh my gosh!!!!!! They canceled my move because I had open top boxes (which no one told me I couldn't have) and there was mouse poop and bugs in the basement. Very little mouse poop and bugs. What a bunch of pansies. And they took pictures of it. Didn't ask for permission, didn't say they were going to. Oh and they kept my deposit. This place is a rip off beware!!!!!!!
