Super delicious and very fresh! We sat outside with our pup Ace ! Very polite friendly and attentive! We had the cheese steak and hot dog ... The hotdog didn't snap like it said it would in the description.. but the cheese steak was super fresh .. Overall the drinks and food were great polite staff .. definitely recommend.. would love to come back and try a few other foods and drinks on their menu
Most everybody here was at the bar, so we grabbed a table near the door. Nice place - older building, and we'll kept up. We were both in the mood for fish and chips, and it was out of the kitchen quickly - nice and hot!! The fish was a bit greasier than I like, but still tasted good. Fries were good, as well. Wait staff was attentive, and we weren't there all that long. No complaints!
Quick stop in to have what were described as 'the best wings they've ever had' and they didn't disappoint. Wow. The Apple Smoked Wings with the Twisted Rail sauce are right up there near the top for me as well! Like, we'll be planning a 2 hour drive back to the area from NYC simply so we can stop back in here for the wings... AND a very nice staff, great beer selection, a cool welcoming vibe etc. Thank you!
One of our favorite places to get food in Honesdale. We have tried a good amount of their menu. Delicious burgers, great wings, and the best Ruban sandwich. Staff is always super friendly. If you're looking for hot, fresh and yummy food in the area this is the place.
I ordered a wrap and the bartender served me a salad, telling me she’s afraid to ask the cook to fix it because he will yell at her and she’s afraid of him. Wonderful bartenders, but please talk to your cook about the aggression, it’s unacceptable.
The experience was wonderful. The burger was perfectly cooked, The bun was thick yet soft, and the drinks were divine. I was recommended a morning shot on my first visit, had vodka on my second visit, and my third visit I was recommended a blue Jelly Rancher drink. I absolutely recommend this Tavern. Tuesday nights are bingo nights, so I hope to go there again on a Tuesday night.
Amazing bar tender as usual. Drinks were on the spot and wasn't a pocket breaker,music is diverse which i love and the snacks and late night food before the kitchen closes is amazing.... Love love their cheese sticks. Great atmosphere and almost everyone was friendly

Nice local bar/pub. Sat at bar, beer was cold , bartender attentive and friendly, lunch was good. Comfortable place.
Not bad but your waitress Susan is so unfriendly and unprofesional. Complained about the tips all night
