TwinStar Credit Union Chehalis

This is kind of a mixed review because I love Twinstar for the most part, but I absolutely will not be back to this branch. I'm sure the staff is great, but when my husband walked in to get cash so we could pay a bill he was told that they don't have any cash on site. This location isn't advertised as being a loan office or something else that would explain the lack of cash on site, so it's mind boggling that a bank doesn't have cash. The Centralia branch however is incredible and my only complaint was that the banker failed to tell us checks would take 2 weeks to clear for the first however many days.

After about a year of deliberating a switch from Chase to Twinstar, I finally mustered the courage to walk into the branch to open my account. I was greeted with friendly faces and "hellos" from everyone in the office. That is no exaggeration...EVERY employee said hello to me with a warm smile from the receptionist to the branch manager. I sat down with Irene and she took me through the process of opening my account. It was way quicker and much less painful than I had thought it would be. She answered my questions regarding direct deposit and walked me through the different ways I could utilize technology to make banking easy. Top notch customer service and all the options I need...I'm a happy customer!

My first and only bank in Washington. These ladies are incredibly kind, friendly and professional. They went above and beyond in helping me set up my accounts with them, and have always answered any questions I've had. I recommend Twinstar for all your banking needs.

Vary convenient you can go the the ATM by the door or drive up to the one on the back of the building.
