Twin Oaks Cleaners

Took my husbands coat for racing in to get cleaned. They broke the zipper on a pretty expensive coat. Didn't say a word about it when I picked it up so we didn't know til he went to put it on over the weekend. First time there AND my last! How careless can you be to break a zipper?

Shout out to a great business that chooses to do the right thing! After ruining the fur trim around my winter coat, the owner searched high and low for replacement fur to fix it-no charge. When he couldn't, he offered to replace my coat himself (luckily it was on sale since winter is supposed to be over😜). Definitely go to Twin Oaks cleaners, great prices and great business owners 💗

Very reasonably priced and great service. I use them approx. every 2-3 wks. I'm always in and out in 5 min. or less, plus their hours are very accommodating for working professionals. They clean my finest silk jackets, woolens, etc. I've never had any issues, so I'm disappointed to see the negative reviews.
