The food is good, however if you are purchasing a box of 'special chicken fried rice' I don't understand why they only give one small container of pepper sauce. If you want more you have to pay for it. I paid for it and the containers were almost empty. If you expect people to pay for something make sure it is fair. Ridiculous.Food: 4/5

I went to inquire about hosting an event with this venue. One of the workers told us via the phone that the owner would answer our questions but they wouldn't be available in venue until just after 6. We decided to kill some time and show up, have a few drinks while we waited. Approximately, 6.30pm my brother asked the same lady about the ETA of the owner, the time has now changed to roughly 8pm. When my brother told her she mentioned over the phone that the owner would arrive just after 6, she got defensive. Now at this point we're told the owner wasn't coming in. She seemed moody and unpleasant the entire time we were there. We didn't bother sticking around, I had one drink and left. Lousy customer service, not welcoming at all, just odd. They could've made better use of the space, it's very open yet minimal furniture, not sure if it's usually used as a nightclub or what. Professional services goes a long way, which they lack. If I owned that place I'd be all over trying to bring in more business OR train your staff to be able to answer basic questions regarding renting out the place. Missed opportunity for them. There's no need to come back. Do better! Parking: There's parking.

Good vibes, fun atmosphere. Was in the area yesterday Saturday night and stopped in for few drinks and food. Service was good... watresses were polite and came over pretty quick when requested. Wings were decent, pepper shrimp good. Really enjoyed the rum punch, beers were nice n cold. Overall was good experience would return. Ohhh tried black pudding there only had beef left apparently the lamb sells out real fast.

Food here is always great! Lots of dishes to choose from and really great flavours. Mainly hey take out but have dinner in a great times as well. Service is reasonable depending on how large your order is. Still, worth the wait. Vegetarian options: You can order most items without meat or egg. Parking: Peak times vary based on the time of the day, and day of the week. Friday and Saturday seem busier.

The cashier girl wasn’t pleasant or welcoming when we came to pick up our food or when I had finished paying. Ordered over $80 and the food wasn’t good. Jerk chicken was hard, stale. The rice very greasy. The shrimp wonton wasn’t fresh. Sweet and sour chicken looked good but taste was another story, emphasis on SOUR. I don’t know what else to say, I thought it was going to be good over there but I wasn’t impressed even slightly. First and last time, my family won’t be back. Instead of this place try Windies bar and restaurant. It is by FAR better.

The black cashier so call waiter was rude as hell and unprofessional. We asked her where we could sit because we wanted to dine in most resturants people come and greet you. She was busy on her phone and she said sit where ever. Then she threw the menu at us. We left, I would rather eat some where else even if I have to pay more for better service. After coming here for years that's how you treat customer

This place is unbelievable! My order was a disaster. They stuffed all the containers of food in one bag, so the container on the bottom collapsed due to all the weight and rice spilling out. Further to this my order of Szechuan chicken was not closed properly so it leaked everywhere. When I called to let them know what happened- got attitude and questions vs an apology. Do better Twilight - not what is expected when spending +$50 on takeout & trying to support a small business.

This restaurant robbed me and my brother-in-law of 2 drinks and a 1 of 2 bowls of pepper shrimp that we paid for and we received a bowl of pepper shrimp with hair in it. Called and asked to speak with the manager 3 times since Nov 4th and today is Nov 14th…still no callback from restaurant or manager! This place and its staff never owns up their mistakes or take action for their responsibility. I have reported them to health inspection and the better business bureau.

Placed an over $500 order of chopped chicken, mixed rice, mixed noodles, and spring rolls. We received severely over-fried chicken and wonton like trays of dough...no.spring rolls in my trays. I didn't pickup the order so it was embarassingly noticed after the party started and.i did the rounds to notice that spring.rolls weren't present. I tried contacting the manager to no avail a few times. It was quite embarassing receiving the two trays of fried dough as it was a surprise 72nd birthday party. Hardly anyone ate the dough as we didn't know what it really was nor the benefit of it. I asked for an email address to contact the manager as it was complicated reaching him and was also told that there isn't one. I'm utterly upset with this service considering I have 5 more events with larger orders and still no contact from the mgr. Spring rolls don't look like the picture as I saved some in a zip lock b4 throwing out the rest.

Great food,beautiful ambience and friendly staff.This is the perfect place to relax,unwind and enjoy fine dining.Its perfection at its BEST.Food: 5/5
