Twiisted Design and Print Media

Thanks to Tony, and all the staff here. This is exactly what I want!!! My dream come true!!! After few days, I had asked Tony to change the font's sizecuz I think it's a bit small compare to the original one. And he's glad to help. I'm really appreciated that all the stuff here are so nice!!! They are willing to help each customer. And that adds a lot of points!

Amazing work by Jeremy and the crew. Not only did they provide above and beyond customer service, they made our boring white Teslas look like supercars and out of this world. Jeremy made it right!! After dropping of my Porsche first to protect some of the crucial areas, I was a bit disappointed that one area was not covered as well as I had hoped. When I came back to twisted media, in 2 weeks for their check of the application, I spoke to Jeremy again and he asked what I had wanted. He then asked me to drop if off again and he would ensure that the areas that I wanted covered were done. So...just picked it up and now it is above my expectations. Thanks to Jeremy and the fantastic team. Much appreciated.

Jeremy has been excellent in pre-project communication. Appointment making and drop-off were extremely smooth. Final work is a piece of art! PPF wrap, windshield protection,and tinting are all done perfectly. They even put on the bonnet decal for free. Highly recommended!

The service was great! The website and the showroom wall paper was create by Twiisted Media. They actually exceeded my expectation by their professionalism and their kindness. Strongly recommended.

Had part of my vehicle wrapped with paint protection film with them, too many bubbles and some visible dusts got trapped in. especially bottom part of the car, and also around everywhere if look close or after car wash. Lack of quality check before handed to customer that spent thousands. Mentioned my concern before, just said it will gone or less visible after awhile..After months those bubbles and dust still visible. Contacted once after, no responses. I knew it’s too late to fix, even they may response here in my review to contact them like another reviews. But what can they do..? Redo it? I doubt it. Using needle to pop air out, no thanks, so many of them, don’t want to risk the paint surface of the car as I saw him tried to fix with needle. Maybe they are doing good with another services, but definitely not paint protection film for me. *Read the responses, it’s not bother me if I don’t try to look closely. Better has good quality control or make sure the environment is dust free as possible before put the film on. It’s just a hassle has to go back leave car for day or more to “fix” it maybe. I had another part done with another shop, only very few bubbles and no dust trapped. Using needle just a way to risk to the paint even with the outward method, and so many of them. The reason of the review is hoping other customers pay more attention when the job is done and hope they will improve their quality control in the future.

We had our business logo done and couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. We still get complements on our lunch go daily, they were able to make a 12x20ft logo look amazing in our gym! Can’t recommend them enough!
