Fast and professional service. Went there for passport photo and they know exactly the size and other requirements for different countries. The layout of the mall is kinda confusing but owner was very accommodating and provided directions

Absolutely loved my experience with them. I can be super picky and obviously being a girl you can feel insecure if your photo comes out not to your liking. I came in without looking at the reviews because I was in a rush but turns out the service was really good. Most importantly, I left feeling glad that my passport photos looks nice compared to the other 4 stores I went before. The price is really worth it for the high quality photos I got. The photographer and editor was really kind and clearly professional. Support local businesses!

Fast passport photo service. I need the photo for tomorrow and I get off at 7pm. The store closes at 7pm too and the boss is very nice and he waited for me. Price is not bad. If you need passport photo urgently this is the place I recommend.

If you would've asked me 5 years ago what I thought I'd be or where, not in a million years would I have told you that I'd be reviewing a passport photo place... He didn't offer us a discount, deal or anything to do this. I'm writing this and giving him 5 stars because he took my infant daughter's passport photo, was quick, professional, and had a warm personality. This place deserves 5 stars!

Not recommended! I went there to take passport photo, but the colour of the photo was not right, quite off from the real colour.I am afraid this photo cannot pass the photo check And it took me 22 dollars after tax. So I have to go to London drugs instead, the people in London drugs were super professional and the colour of the photo is exactly what I want. Less than 20 dollars for 2 pieces of photos and a electronic one sent via email.

Great spot for English and Chinese speakers alike to take passport/pr photos. The work done was highly professional and efficient, and above all was very welcoming and friendly despite having difficulties on my end. Highly recommended.

I read the review thought the review is high so I went there to take the passport photo. But I was super disappointed, the worse photo I ever taken in this place. The colour of the photo was not right and over exposed, they are using the cheap printer to print the photo. I had to go to Cambie road's shopper's re-take the picture, shopper is totally different thing, they are super pro and the picture's colour is exactly the thing you want.

It was really, REALLY fast to get photos taken. I had to take pictures for my passport and in less than 15 I already had the pictures in my hands. Staff was really nice and friendly, and the final product... it was 4 out of 5. I was just hoping he could had enhanced my pictures a little bit.

Fast and nice passport photos.. very quick service 5 minutes and friendly owner.. good price too, 15 $ plus tax for 2 passport photos.. photos are good for a passport quality
