Twice The Deal Pizza

Ordered from here before via the online order got stood up for 5 hours until I got my pizza at half price, should've been free at that point if I'm being totally honest here. Now ordered this spinach pizza along with a meat lovers. The meat lovers is fine however, the spinach appears to be a pepperoni with burnt spinach on top. Thought I'd give a second chance but sadly you disappointed me once again

Food is good for the price. Staff can be great or not-so-much depending on the day. Sometimes they're quick, cheery, and happy to help. Other times your mere presence by the cash register seems to activate some deep embedded code in their brain that makes them not talk or even acknowledge you. Like they're some anti-customer sleeper agent. To Twice's benefit, the good staff seems to be there more often than not. That handsome guy Matthew puts so much love into that dough it seeps out into my mouth, down my gullet and lands right in my heart. All in all, you really can't beat the quality for the price. Twice the Deal gets a thumbs up from me.

I have lived near Acton for almost 2 years and have been ordering from twice the deal regularly. The experience has been amazing, the staff have been friendly and delivery very quick! Until today….. I ordered their single deal. The person that took our order was very confused and I was certain that there would be an error but he gave the correct total! When the driver showed up I was not the deal price And the order was wrong. We do live a bit far in the country so I didn’t want them to have to send another driver. I asked if I could call When we called we were told they would never deliver to us again. When we called the owner Sonia said to pay the full amount and she would credit the account. I stated that we should just have the driver charge me the correct amount now she stated that she would send another driver with the correct order and the refund. I again just asked that that this driver charge me the correct amount and I would keep the order to prevent sending another driver back out. She stated she would do so but would never deliver to our address again.. I was trying to resolve the issue and prevent wasting her labour or delivery drivers fuel. She was very disrespectful and yelled at me for a error that she had made and I was trying to resolve!! Never had a issue before but this woman cannot admit her mistake and fix it. Instead her reaction is to never deliver again to a home with 9 bedrooms and 12 adults that regularly order from her restaurant!

I’m on a two week holiday in this beautiful country and happen to pass by this lovely town of Acton. Being a pizza lover And after going through reviews I was tempted to try out twice the deal outlet. I must say extremely professional, friendly and cheerful staff. To top it all the pizza was delicious. I have never had such amazing food. Good work guys. Thanks. Highly recommend.

Delicious pizza there's now new owners there we ordered two large pizzas back in August when we got our pizza it was cooked at the right temperature it was very delicious for $23.00 Good job for making our customers happy.

Absolutely horrible, my boyfriend order 2 pizzas online at 6:00 around 8:00 we decided we would call and get a status update and they said it was being put in the over now and that they were busy, over an hour goes by and it's now 9:30 so we call again and get told it never went through the system but then gets told it got delivered to another house and they're gonna SEE if they can send another one out....Absolutely ridiculous, they're pizza may be good but it's not worth waiting over 3 and a half hours for! Gordon Ramsey come save this place!!!

Service is poor, food tastes good. They need better staff, most of the time either food doesn't arrive on time or the quantities are not same as ordered.Food: 5/5

You need to have a manager in during the day or set better standards with your staff. I come in for lunch from across the street. 5 slices total in the case, I ask if any more fresh slices are coming out. Get told no as they are all just standing around talking doing nothing. Very disappointing

We are completely disgusted and dissatisfied with this store. We will never order again.we have been customers ever since twice the deal opened in Acton. Ever since the 1st year of the pandemic this store has really went down on they're quality of pizza for pick up and a very untimely delivery. They hesitate on remaking pizza that is bubbled and one completely uncut. The pizza was cold after arriving 1 hour and 15 minutes later.Husband went in to demand pizzas be remade, girl at cash said she needed to call the store manager for permission to remake pizzasemoloyees constantly playing with they're phones and music blasted at the same time as making our pizzas.

ordered pizza for my friends and cousins . It was unbelievably fantastic yummy . Fresh and delicious Made my Friday . Reordering again . Anytime twice the deal Acton . Kudos to them .
