McDonald's

Done with this McDonald's. Missed items in our order once again. Only two hashbrowns this time, but a consistent problem. When I called out of frustration the manager told me I only ordered one. Good thing I had my receipt, don't appreciate being lied to. Had to ask for an apology out of the manager who offered me my two hashbrowns that I already paid for "free"; on my time, gas and inconvenience. That doesn't seem like an acceptable solution when I mentioned how this happens well over half the times we have been through this location. Worth the drive to Georgetown...

Great, great coffee and muffins. Hands down blows away the famous hockey players coffee and breakfast treats. Food is pretty consistent, mind you I pretty much order the same thing each time I go. I do however feel that the new way of being served (by bill # and self serve) has severely hindered their speed to customer.

The worst customer service this EVENING (I get my coffee from this location every morning and they are lovely). I can assure the owner is not aware of how this location is being run. I had the misfortune of dealing with Ashley while ordering (you don't yell at you customer when you cannot hear them and then proceed to be rude once they come to pay- if you're not happy there, quit). When i asked the manager Cliff if he was aware of how his staff member was treating/speaking to customers, he was also very rude and said "ya well that's your opinion". You may want to take a second look at who's representing your company.

Took the kids for lunch today, service was fast and friendly, nice employee Kelly even offered to watch my two boys while I went and filled up my drink cup. Probably the best McDonald's experience I've ever had!

Burger was over cooked and served cold. Seemed like it was made hours before compared to the replacement that was given to me. The teen manager at the time gave me no apology and no compensation for my wasted time... So unlike McDonald's... This was nighttime staff which in the past I've noticed poor quality food and lazy attitude service. Will definitely ask for food 'off the grill' in the future. Btw: morning and daytime food and staff much better
