Twice The Deal Pizza

Ordered from here before via the online order got stood up for 5 hours until I got my pizza at half price, should've been free at that point if I'm being totally honest here. Now ordered this spinach pizza along with a meat lovers. The meat lovers is fine however, the spinach appears to be a pepperoni with burnt spinach on top. Thought I'd give a second chance but sadly you disappointed me once again

Food is good for the price. Staff can be great or not-so-much depending on the day. Sometimes they're quick, cheery, and happy to help. Other times your mere presence by the cash register seems to activate some deep embedded code in their brain that makes them not talk or even acknowledge you. Like they're some anti-customer sleeper agent. To Twice's benefit, the good staff seems to be there more often than not. That handsome guy Matthew puts so much love into that dough it seeps out into my mouth, down my gullet and lands right in my heart. All in all, you really can't beat the quality for the price. Twice the Deal gets a thumbs up from me.

Hi the worst management and dishonesty. We had an order of 2 pizzas, wedges and garlic bread that was all undercooked with the exception of the garlic bread which was straight from the fridge. Repeat customers and did not expect this standard. Order was $45 and waited extra 20 minutes. Of course escalated to the store for their awareness and said they will resolve with replacement. A few weeks in to collect as this the owner/lady they went back on their word and was rude and blames us for misunderstanding the employees conversation. We will never be loyal to these franchise again. Deserve zero for service and quality.

We’ve tried all the places in Acton after recently moving. Great Pizza, however the few times we’ve been, it’s been quite a long wait 10-30minutes after the time we were told. One of the times was just a normal normal Thursday and it took 50minutes from the order time. There are places in town with pizza that is just as good with faster service. Overall we were quite happy, however will likely choose another spot as our “go-to”.

I tried to order a pie half an hour before closing, they ignored my call. Wouldnt pick up the phone. Called 3 times. If their pizza is as good as their customer service is, id AVOID it.

Pizza is decent but last time I went there were 3 different hairs in my pizza, and service is inconsistent. Sometimes nice, sometimes a teen that obviously doesn’t want to be there.

I’m on a two week holiday in this beautiful country and happen to pass by this lovely town of Acton. Being a pizza lover And after going through reviews I was tempted to try out twice the deal outlet. I must say extremely professional, friendly and cheerful staff. To top it all the pizza was delicious. I have never had such amazing food. Good work guys. Thanks. Highly recommend.

I have lived near Acton for almost 2 years and have been ordering from twice the deal regularly. The experience has been amazing, the staff have been friendly and delivery very quick! Until today….. I ordered their single deal. The person that took our order was very confused and I was certain that there would be an error but he gave the correct total! When the driver showed up I was not the deal price And the order was wrong. We do live a bit far in the country so I didn’t want them to have to send another driver. I asked if I could call When we called we were told they would never deliver to us again. When we called the owner Sonia said to pay the full amount and she would credit the account. I stated that we should just have the driver charge me the correct amount now she stated that she would send another driver with the correct order and the refund. I again just asked that that this driver charge me the correct amount and I would keep the order to prevent sending another driver back out. She stated she would do so but would never deliver to our address again.. I was trying to resolve the issue and prevent wasting her labour or delivery drivers fuel. She was very disrespectful and yelled at me for a error that she had made and I was trying to resolve!! Never had a issue before but this woman cannot admit her mistake and fix it. Instead her reaction is to never deliver again to a home with 9 bedrooms and 12 adults that regularly order from her restaurant!

Service is poor, food tastes good. They need better staff, most of the time either food doesn't arrive on time or the quantities are not same as ordered.Food: 5/5

Food is always inconsistent. Sometimes; the pizza is half baked and had a real strange taste to it. ended up throwing out both the large pizzas after me and my wife having 2 slices each. not sure if it matters but there was a ton of people working there and it was very busy ... wish their online order had an ETA for pickup.
