Having moved into the area recently, family needed lunch on a weekday and me being in the neighbourhood decided to pick up two veggie lovers personal pizzas. The order taking was prompt and the person quickly got to making it. I was out in about 10 minutes which was amazing. The service amazing and the guys know customer service. The PH pizzas you can’t go wrong. The crust was cooked to perfection and toppings and cheese perfect. The inside clean. Although I couldn’t enjoy them, I am wondering when will PH Canada bring dairy free crust and Cheeze to make the pizza vegan. Some European countries already have it, it’s time we got this to Canada
A quick place for lunch. I can here looking for a place to get a quick pizza and garlic bread and I was not disappointed. An attentive teammate took my order and immediately began preparing my pizza in front of me. He then put it in the oven and I could watch it roll in and roll out on the other side. There is a bench inside that one or two people can sit on while waiting. There is an accessible washroom, but the main door on the restaurant is not accessible. The parking lot is in rough shape, a repaving would help. Overall, a quick and tasty place to get lunch. Parking: There are a few unmarked parking spots. Some of the lot is unpaved. Wheelchair accessibility: The bathroom is accessible, but the main door to the restaurant is not.
Typically tasty Pizza Hut Pizza I recently placed my first order with this location since they opened. I placed an order for pickup and once ordered realized that the order would be ready much sooner than I could get there. I called to advise and they took the time to call back later to advise that they did move the order pick up time to accommodate me. I always appreciate when a business takes the time for a follow up call. The food was perfect. It was exactly as I expect from Pizza Hut. Hoping that they deliver to my area.
Ordered the Supreme Pizza with thin crust. It was great, not greasy and skimpy on items on pizza. . We picked it up to find it piping hot. The young man at the cash was very pleasant and smiled. A great crew there working and a friendly hello when I went in. We have ordered before and experienced the same interaction.
I have been ordering pizza here since the first night they opened and on that night the pizzas were made perfectly I have no complaints so I have given them a bunch more orders since then before writing a review. but any pizzas we have ordered since that night have been very soggy and under cooked not even very warm then they arrive like they have been cooked at a very low temp any cheese bread I have ordered it's the same soggy and under cooked the wings haven't been to bad there probably the best food we have had from there. I believe after tonight I will take a few months off ordering from this location in hopes they make some changes to their oven temps and get their staff better trained in customer service and just how to cook food with a little more passion.
Some of the 5 star reviews are clearly from staff and a couple of them are even from before the business opened. One of the 5 star reviews features a "customer" bragging about their pizza when it is blatantly an unfolded box on a stainless steel table they're about to send out. I've ordered twice both times they've been confused on the price they charged me and the first time the pizza was raw in the center. Disappointed with the quality of what should have been a viable local contender but clearly they only intend to use underhanded practices like fake reviews and saying online coupons and offers don't work for carryout orders free first order bread sticks. If you didn't offer stuffed crust I highly doubt you would get a single order.
Maybe they should consider hiring the same people to remove the snow that does the bank plaza!! Was going to stop in and get a pizza and decided not to!! Plow the snow people.
pizza was hot and delicious. they are pricey but nobody else can beat them taste wise.
Pizza wasn’t warm, cheese was under cooked and pizza overall was soggy. Teenager that served me couldn’t even give change on a $101.50 on a $51.50 order. The young person probably in grade 11 couldn’t do basic math. I have always been a fan of Pizza Hut, but as far Pizza Choices in Acton Dominos is my first again . Dominos had great staff, and I’ve never had a bad pizza. Also after looking at the good reviews I am suspicious that they were done by family and friends.
I was excited for Pizza Hut but im going to have to pass in the future. Both pizzas today were raw inside and i had asked for a longer cook as the dough in the past has been questionable. Its too expensive to have to toss and when i called got a "sorry". SORRY, we are moving elsewhere...
