This is "THE BEST" store in GTA. I was looking to buy a tuxedo, I searched many stores and my search ended here. I am giving 10 stars to them because of their collection and outstanding services offered by the staff.

Good. But best to go tov one location for everything. I had my groomsmen go to various locations and unfortunately their systems dont talk to each other. Aside from that its great

In March of this year my future father in-law and I purchased tuxedos from the head office show room in Richmond Hill. My to be father in-law's order has arrived but then had to be reordered because it was pin children's size. As for my tuxedo they had lost the order and can not provide an answer till this date. We followed up after many weeks since our purchase and surprisingly found out they did not process my order. Then after a week they have found my order. They claimed they have placed the order to and will arrive shortly. Now we are hearing a different story. After inquiring with the manager and now the owner we still do not have an answer where my tuxedo is. They are stating the supplier in Montreal can not find the right size or locate the one I want. My wedding is coming up in less than 3 weeks. I already have plenty on my mind and this does not help me at the moment. I need to find a tuxedo for myself without all the headaches and the the amount of time is limited. Tuxedo Royale all I am asking is, a solution to all this.

I have bought 2 tuxedos from this organization. They have always been very friendly and helpful. I will be bringing my friends when they need tuxedos too.
