Follow up is the biggest issue here. 1. We were married in 2015, and did not get everything in our package until 2017. Pretty embarrassing to be sending out Thank You cards 2 years later. 2. We booked a videographer with them. We never got to choose any music for our wedding video. The music used was pretty standard. 3. When I gave them a follow up call, turns out they lost the pictures we selected and had to resubmit. They never knew about this until we called them to ask when the photos would be ready. 4. After selecting our photos, they said it would work out better for me because they can "express" it. They told us it would take 2 months to get the pictures printed overseas. "Express" meant they would edit the photos quickly for us to choose, not send it out for print 5. When we received the final album in Jan., the pictures were out of order. I asked them to send it back for reprint, they told us to bring it back in Dec. to have it shipped out for reprint with the rest of their orders. 6. They offered to give us a $50 credit for a baby photo session because, well, we had to bring the newborn baby along to choose our wedding photos They were great during the wedding, but afterwards, we would not hear from them again. We had to keep calling them to see when our photos would be available. If they didn't return any calls, I would have to just drive there and show up in person to get an answer or take a chance that my pictures were ready for pick up. Would I recommend them? No.

Lots of evening gown to choose! They offer photo shoot, make up & different packages for wedding! Seems very professional of what they do!

Overall an excellent experience. We had Tina as our makeup artist and she was extremely talented. We had her for the morning, midday touchup and throughout the nighttime reception which was well worth the few hundred bucks. We got a great deal with two photographers, a videographer, pre-wedding pictures, gown rentals, canvas pics, an album and a bunch of little freebies. The pictures and videos from the day of were ready in 6 weeks -- which is much faster than many that I've asked around. The album takes a bit more time given that they ship them in batches from Taiwan, but they're very nice quality. All in all, everything turned out great and we're extremely satisfied with the outcome and value that they provided!

I have high expectations on them after seeing their presented photos, and so decided to hire them as photographers for my wedding. The people are nice, Jack and Mark are the bosses and there are qutie good make up artists. However, I know we did not pay too much within our budget, and both my husband and I are not good posers, but I felt the quality for our photos are done poorer than others...due to the money-wise
