Turtle Jack's Erin Mills

Me and my colleague went out to have lunch today at the Erin Mills location. Upon entering we were greeted by Huron. He is very polite, attentive, and cares about the customer's requests. His service was quick and he even asked us how everything was. Huron is an asset to your business and he should be recognized for his impeccable service. Now comes the food part. The food we ordered was fresh and was served to our table in a timely manner. Burger was juicy and perfectly cooked. French fries tasted good. All in all we were very pleased to have lunch at this location. We will definitely be coming back with more guests.

+Added a for tough times Pros: - our server was excellent, or at least trying her best within her capacity Cons: - It's world cup time, you can watch but not hear the game - Friday lunch, extremely understaffed which is not the sever's fault. Attempted to get water for half hour, we gave up. Attempted to pay the bill for half hour. It was impossible to reach our server, ended up walking to the bar to catch her before she disappeared again. They couldn't retrieve the machine either for a long time. - Check out the nachos pic. At over $30 post tax, you'd expect something either amazing on or gigantic. But it ended up being a $9.99 plate. That was a huge let down. Ordered chicken, there was at most just 1oz in it.

Food was mediocre but outstanding service. Shawna was our service on a Friday evening and was very friendly and attentive. The sweet potatoe fries and fried onion are amazing - must try! Got the basa blacked taco which was alright - a bit on the salty side and wasn’t the biggest fan of the seasoning on the fish. The patio on the top floor was nicely decorated and gave enough privacy.

Lunch time around 12pm. It was ok not entirely busy on a Tuesday. Got acknowledged add I walked through the door. As we walked in I was quickly greeted and seated. The food was very filling. I had wings combo. The wings were large and filling. The raspberry lemonade was delicious. My server was amazing and pleasant. My friend had haddock fish and chips, which was tasty. Overall I was satisfied with my experience. I will go again.

We visited at prime dinner hour on Friday evening which was St. Paddy's Day so it was very busy. Ryan served us. We were there with our 2 and a half year old. He saw how busy the kitchen was so he brought her pizza and fries out first along with a complimentary app to make sure she wasn't hungry. That was thoughtful and earned him praise from my wife and sister in law who went on about how cute he was. . The food: The wings were outstanding! They we're probably the best I've ever had but I'm not a wing connoisseur. I'd definitely go back to TJs for the wings. They were piping hot and the medium sauce was just perfect. We're going to go back to the patio when it opens in the Spring.

My kids love the chicken fingers and you can request for honey along with the plum sauce that comes with. The blackened Basa and Basa tacos were ok but a bit on the salty side. The service was fantastic. We were there for a birthday celebration and they gave us a free dessert and even sang a birthday song : Kid-friendliness: Has kid meals and some stationary to keep them busy. Parking: It's at a mall so plenty of parking

This was a repeat visit Ambience 5/5 Music this time was not as peppy though Food 5/5 Service 5/5 I like this place , they have a nice feel to it! The food is good slightly on the higher side but i recommend you try it out! We ordered the chicken quesadilla with guacamole plus the turtle wings as starters and both were great ! For mains we had Hunters chicken and the four cheese penne! enjoyed it too! The kids meal with chicken fingers had fries which could have been crispier ! They serve carrot sticks , cucumber rounds and apple slices complimentary for the children along with a glass of juice or milk! The complimentary toy chest keeps the kids excited and it is a great idea! Kudos to the owners Paul and Sumanth , thoroughly nice gentleman and focused on good customer experience Our server Ryan was friendly and helpful ! PS i would not recommend their cosmopolitan drink though and for the beer their 18 oz size makes more economic sense

Went for dinner with family .. all the foods tasted good .. the waitress took care of us good and the kids liked the Big Bang shrimp very much .. and the hunters chicken was our favourite in the mains .. the basa fish taco was good but it didn’t had the same punch as the shrimp ..

It was a great experience n Halloween was made special last night by the staff at Turtle Jacks. Cody is an asset and is a great server to have on the table. The food was delicious and my personal favourite was the Hunter’s Chicken. The owner Sumanth himself was there to see that all the tables were being taken care of personally. Thanks to all of you. My family came hone very happy.

Really disappointed with the quality. The pasta had no sauce at all, the protein was cooked till it had a cardboard-like texture. The food also surprisingly cold even though I live a stone's throw away from this place and the order was delivered without any delays.
