Robert and Steve Turnbull third generation local family owned and operated business took time to explain product and process for my roof replacement, and in terms homeowners can understand. The install was timely and roofing crew were courteous and professional. Turnbull Roofing & Renovations did a fantastic job. I highly recommend them for all roofing repairs and/or replacements. They came out to replace some missing shingles on our roof... and did the exact opposite. Found out from our neighbour's roofer that he could see the shingles Turnbull Roofing replaced for us were tacked on–as in nail through the top of the shingle, into our roof, exposed to the elements, NOT hidden under the overlapping shingles. I ended up paying my neighbour's guy to go up and replace them properly.
Turnbull Roofing did an amazing job on our roof and would recommend them to everyone. Turnbull Roofing was able to fit us in after we decided to get our roof done late in the season. Many companies were unwilling to even speak with us or return our e-mails. Upon calling Turnbull Roofing they ensured we were happy with every step of the process and even had one of the owners meet with us because all of their other employees were busy with the end of season rush. When meeting it was clear that they value quality products and made us feel comfortable with our choices. The installation took a day and they helped replace some flashing that had fallen off the roof earlier in the year. Our roof looks amazing and we have not even had a minor issue with it since it was installed. Once gain, Turnbull Roofing is an excellent company and would absolutely recommend them for your project.
