This is a pretty good store. I took my daughter here to get her ears pierced for back to school. They didn’t get infected. The store staff was friendly enough, and there was a good selection of earrings. I went back about 3 weeks later to buy some new earrings for my daughter after the three week healing process and she loves them Thanks, Icing!
Amazing!!! I got my second lobes done here and they healed so fast and well that I came back for my third lobes 3 weeks later. Great staff who let me re do the marking many times. Healed so fast and perfectly. Recommend for ear piercing!!
I went here to get my third holes in my earlobes pierced; it was quick and efficient. Ange was a pleasure and made sure I was well taken care of.
Got my 2nd ear lobe piercing here and it was amazing! The girl who did them, Shelby was very informative and nice, she was very patient and allowed me to adjust the marking before the piercing was done. Super understanding of the fact that it will be there forever! Thank you!
They accommodated us by agreeing to pierce my daughters ears, although the store was closing in less than half an hour. The store is cramped but thankfully they offer ear piercing. Could do with out the up sell for the "rapid system"? Or something like that. One of the staff was very pleasant and friendly. The other was rude and unwelcoming. Overall the store offered the service we needed, price was average, staff so -so but mission accomplished and no issues with the piercings.
Great store. The customer service is excellent. The manager was so understanding and helpful when it come to my bridal jewellery dilemma. Thanks for being so awesome and hiring such awesome people Icing.

Horrible nail polish. It took me 25 minutes just to take one hand of nail polish of.
The store staff are really nice but they need to update their website clearer on pricing,
